I would not be starting this business without the support of my husband and sons.”
Prior to vet school, Dr. Lauri had 4 years experience as a Certified Veterinary Technician. A longtime resident of the western suburbs, Dr. Lauri currently resides in Plano with her husband, Dave, two sons, two dogs, five cats, and a bearded dragon. She is proud of her sons Tyler, a member of the Illinois National Guard, and Sean, an Army Infantry Air Assault soldier.
She also volunteers her time at the Anti Cruelty Society in Chicago, providing spaying and neutering services for 4 Paw Luv, a local feline rescue group. Dr. Lauri works one day a week providing surgical and healthcare services to shelter animals at Just Animals Shelter in Mazon, Il. She derives great satisfaction providing professional and compassionate medical care in a home setting for her patients and their owners.
